Lehman, Lee & Xu is pleased to announce that Ms. Zhang Fan has joined the firm's Beijing legal team.

Ms. Zhang is joining the firm as a licensed PRC attorney, specializing in contract law, corporate law, environmental law, international trade, intellectual property, and real estate. Prior to joining Lehman, Lee & Xu, Ms. Zhang worked for Swiss-based law firm Wenfei Attorneys-at-Law Ltd and as in-house counsel at Tsinghua Tongfang Environment Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zhang holds a bachelor�s degree from the University of International Business and Economics, an L.L.M. from Renmin University. She was admitted to the China National Bar in 2006.
