StoneIG.com Receives 2007 WebAward for Outstanding Achievement in Website Development

Stone Interactive Group was awarded the Marketing Standard of Excellence WebAward for its corporate website, www.stoneig.com, as part of the Web Marketing Association's 2007 WebAward Competition. The Standard of Excellence WebAward honors a site that exemplifies "the standard of excellence for which all corporate web sites should strive," according to the producers of the WebAwards.

The Web Marketing Association was founded in 1997 to help set a high standard for Internet marketing and development of the best websites on the Web. Now in its 11th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual website award competition that names the best websites for 96 industry categories from more than 2,400 websites in 40 countries. Web sites were judged on design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting, and ease of use. The competition was judged by a team of independent Internet professionals representing a variety of relevant disciplines of Web site development. Judges included members of the media, advertising executives, site designers, creative directors, corporate marketing executives, content providers and webmasters.
