Tampa, FL October 21, 2007 – There may not be any more school books after his 2002 graduation from the Culinary Institute of America but for Chef Richard Bottini of Six Tables Tampa there certainly are still teachers. Tonight, four of his previous instructors, more importantly world-renowned Master Chefs, will delight in the divine cuisine at Six Tables.

In town for a Culinary Tour promoting education at the Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, New York, the Chefs sought out the establishment of a Culinary Institute alumni to enjoy during their stay, going so far as to arrange their trip around the Six Tables availability. The guests will spend the day at Wharton High School’s culinary academy prior to their 7:30 p.m. dinner reservation. Particularly notable in the group this evening is the presence of Chefs Noble Masi and Fritz Sonnenschmidt. The long serving instructors at the Culinary Institute of America are authors of cookbooks currently used to educate students worldwide. They are currently ambassadors who represent the college at events around the world.

Six Tables owner and executive chef Richard Bottini is an appropriate fit along the promotional culinary education tour. While a student at Florida State University with the desire to be an English professor, Bottini realized his love for the culinary arts. After pursuing his undergraduate degree, he then went on to the Culinary Institute of America to develop his true passion. It appears that the longing to be an educational instructor has remained in Bottini’s heart. His kitchen is frequently host to students from his alma mater Chamberlain High School as well as local area chefs hoping to learn some of his well-respected techniques.
