FEED THE NEED kicks off its opening campaign with a non-perishable food drive benefiting local food banks in British Columbia, Canada

Feed The Need is new non-profit organization based on the belief that anyone and everyone can make a difference. Feed The Need hosts different awareness and fundraising campaigns; each campaign focuses on a different need, alternating globally and within our own communities. www.myspace.com/feedtheneedca

Six different high schools in BC are participating in Feed The Need’s non-perishable food drive; Reynolds Secondary, Spectrum Community School, Mt. Doug Secondary, Handsworth High School, Mt. Sentinel High and L V Rogers Secondary.

The campaign will run until November 9th 2007. At the end of the entire campaign Shawn Hlookoff will perform live at each school to thank all the students for their hard work.

Shawn Hlookoff is also an amazing recording artist based out of Vancouver, BC. Shawn is on the verge of great things. Several record labels and major management companies are chasing him……and much more. His performances are absolutely mind-blowing. It will be a nice treat for the students.
