JDavis Architects Announces New Landscape Designer

RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeff Davis, president of JDavis Architects, PLLC, a full-service architecture, landscape architecture and interior design firm, has announced that Matt Jenkins has joined the firm as a landscape designer. In this position, he will focus his responsibilities on project management for site design, land planning and landscape design. Jenkins has eight years of industry experience, including landscape architecture studies at North Carolina State University and the Knowlton School of Design at Ohio State University.

Jenkins’ prior work concentrated on campus planning and design and urban revitalization, as well as design for recreational, retail, residential and mixed-use architectural projects. Locally, he has overseen the renovation and construction of several Triangle golf courses, including the Brier Creek Golf Course in Raleigh and Governors Club in Chapel Hill among others. A native of Charleston, W.Va., Jenkins resides in Raleigh.
