Spectrus Real Estate Group Announces New San Francisco Bay Area Sales Executive

Spectrus Real Estate Group, a national provider of investment real estate, has recently announced Gary Williams as a Sales Executive. Mr. Williams works primarily with real estate professionals and individual real estate investors in San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties in Northern California.

Mr. Williams joined the Spectrus team after serving as a Vice President with NAI BT Commercial in their
San Rafael office, and has over 20 years of investment real estate experience in the Bay Area.

During his career, Mr. Williams has handled a broad range of complex real estate transactions involving commercial, multifamily, and subdivision land projects.

Mr. Williams holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School and an engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
