Supanet Hosting reveal that tutorials and prices are the key to attracting customers

A survey carried out by Supanet Hosting (www.supanethosting.com) has revealed that customers look for clear tutorials and low prices when choosing a web host provider.

Nearly two thirds of the 2,000 people questioned by the fast hosting company rated low prices, clear tutorials and a clear website as the top three features they look for when selecting a hosting provider.

Sam Benson, Product Marketing Manager for Supanet Hosting, advised that the company were happy that their site contained all of these features. "Our site features comprehensive tutorials to make signing up easy for anybody irrespective of their level of expertise. We also have recently launched a newly redesigned website that clearly displays our low prices," Benson said

The popular web hosting provider offers illustrated step-by-step tutorials for a number of key actions such as logging into the control panel and buying an email address.

Supanet Hosting (www.supanethosting.com) recently relaunched their website following a complete overhaul with a new simple three step sign up process.

"Following the relaunch of our website it now includes all the features that customers look for when choosing a web host provider. Our survey has vindicated the choices we made during the redesign," Benson added.
