REP Commercial Negotiates 6,500 SF Lease for Cedar Creek Inn Restaurant at the Plaza de la Paz in Laguna Niguel, CA

The restaurant chain currently operates restaurants in Brea, Laguna Beach and San Juan Capistrano, Calif.

Cedar Creek Inn signed a lease for 6,500 square feet and is expected to open in early September 2005. The landlord, Horowitz Management of Laguna Niguel, represented themselves. John Moss, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Plaza de la Paz is anchored by Home Depot, Henry’s Marketplace and Longs Drug.
