One special feature in the exhibit is an original painting that captures the infamous Super Bowl sixteen featuring the Cincinnati Bengals and San Franciso 49ers—where a football star, Joe Montana, was born. Neiman is able to capture amazing movement in this composition as the Bengals ferociously cross the line of scrimmage in attempts to stop “Sweet 16,” Montana, as he extends his right arm back to complete another phenomenal pass. Only Neiman could paint this scene in a way that shows the importance of the player that was to become a legend in the years to follow. LeRoy Neiman: (American, b. 1921)
