Sitewire Campaign for Irvine Apartment Communities Named 2007 Creative Media Awards Finalist

Tempe, AZ – October 17, 2007 – Sitewire’s (www.sitewire.net) online search campaign for Irvine Apartment Communities’ Woodbury Court has been named a finalist in the fourth annual Creative Media Awards presented by Media magazine. Honoring advertisers and their agencies for the year’s most creative and innovative media campaigns, the Creative Media Awards will be held at The Yale Club of New York City on October 30th, 2007.

The campaign, which ran throughout late 2006, utilized search engine marketing tactics including a custom microsite, pay per click marketing and an optimized press release. Online apartment seekers were driven to a microsite featuring information about brand-new property Woodbury Court as well as a downloadable coupon. The campaign was a huge success, generating a 27 fold return on investment.

Woodbury Court is owned by Irvine Apartment Communities (IAC), the apartments division of Newport Beach, California based real estate company The Irvine Company.

“This particular pay per click campaign was the first of its kind with Irvine Apartment Communities, and was purposely developed to be 100% traceable from coupon download, to tour, to lease so that we could measure the campaign's effectiveness.
