WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETE
& CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR ST. GEORGE MEDICAL CENTER REMODEL

(September 2007) Carmichael, California – Ware Malcomb is a leading design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Sacramento office is proud to announce that design is complete and construction has begun for the remodel of St. George Medical Center located at 6620 Coyle Avenue, Carmichael, California. Caspian Partners, LLC of San Francisco, California and partner Todd Borst are serving as the developers of the project.

Ware Malcomb is providing architecture, interior architecture and design, and graphic design services for the extensive remodel and redesign of the existing four-story, 56,000 square foot multi-tenant medical office building. The project includes redesign of the building exterior, interior remodel of the lobby and restrooms, and modifications to make the building ADA compliant. Graphic Design services include design of a prominent monument entrance sign, as well as identity signage throughout the building.

The General Contractor for the project is Advanced Construction, Inc. of Citrus Heights, California. Construction is expected to be to be complete by November 2007. For leasing information please contact Todd Borst at 916.698.4700.
