MasterLink Announces Sponsorship of Herb’s Paint & Body / Down Syndrome Guild Golf Classic

The MasterLink Group, a Dallas web design and internet marketing company, announces it is sponsoring the 2007 Herb’s Paint & Body/ Down Syndrome Guild Golf Classic.

This is the inaugural year for the tournament with the partnership with Herb’s Paint & Body and the Down Syndrome Guild. The event will be held on October 22 at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas. Joe Trahan, WFAA-TV sports anchor, will serve as honorary chairman. More than 300 golfers are expected to participate in this year’s event.

The proceeds from the tournament will be designated to fund the long-term growth of the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas which is the only local non-profit organization dedicated solely to providing resources and support to individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. Established in 1979, it operates primarily as a volunteer organization, mostly family members of individuals with Down syndrome and serves more than 1000 families in the Dallas area.
