Old Colony Elderly Services Announces New Appointments at Executive Office of Elder Affairs

Michael E. Festa, who has represented the 32nd Middlesex district in the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the past eight years, has been appointed as Secretary at the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. Sandra K. Albright, who has been a senior member of the executive team at the Kit Clark Senior Services Center in Dorchester has been appointed as Undersecretary.

EOEA oversees all federal and state funded programs for elders in the state of Massachusetts. OCES is one of 27 home care agencies who contract with EOEA to provide services to elders in Plymouth County and the communities of Avon, Easton and
Stoughton.

“We’re very pleased and reassured that with the strong leadership of Mr. Festa and Ms. Albright, we can work together to provide comprehensive, high quality services for elders,” said Diana L. DiGiorgi, Executive Director of OCES.
