WARE MALCOMB AWARDED DESIGN OF CONCOURSE CONCESSIONS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS PROJECT

El Segundo, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that it has been awarded the design of Concourse Concessions new corporate headquarters, located at 880 Parkview Drive North in El Segundo, California. This office tenant improvement is located within The Edge at Campus El Segundo, an office and retail campus including 17 buildings, also designed by Ware Malcomb. Mar Ventures, Inc. of Torrance, California is the developer for the project.

Ware Malcomb will provide full interior architectural design services for their new corporate headquarters, which includes 8,000 square feet of office area, within a two-story building. The new space will include open office area with private offices, conference rooms, training room, break area, and a merchandising area. Concourse Concessions, Inc. is a privately held woman and minority owned corporation that operates a chain of retail and duty free stores across the nation.

Lusardi Construction Company of San Marcos, California is serving as the general contractor.
