Bob Moore Construction to Build Office / Warehouse in South Dallas, Texas suburb for First Industrial Realty Trust

Bob Moore Construction will be breaking ground on a major new office and warehouse building south of Dallas in early November, on behalf of developer First Industrial Realty Trust.

The 758,922 SF office and warehouse building will be located in the DalPort Business Park in Wilmer, Texas, along I-45 just south of I-20. General contractor Bob Moore Construction from Arlington, Texas will work with Dallas architect Pross Design Group, Inc. on this building.

This project comes on the heels of more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial construction projects Bob Moore Construction has completed for First Industrial Realty Trust, including warehouses and distribution centers in Shreveport, Louisiana and Garland, La Porte, Waco, Waxahachie and Irving, Texas.

Ground breaking for the DalPort Business Park warehouse / office project is planned for November 5, 2007. The building is planned to be completed by early summer, 2008.
