Operations Matter More Than You Know - Leapfrog Alliance CEO Declares

While declaring his belief that in the importance of operations to organisational success, Mr. Okoro today announced his plan to hold five workshops with the theme, "Winning Through Operations".

Mr. Okoro pointed out that if you looked at the vision and mission statements of companies, you would find it difficult to tell them apart. All organisations state that they want to be the best, want to lead, want to delight their customers…

Yet, he observes, their actual performances vary considerably. The difference, according to him, is in the quality of their operations.

In order to improve companies' capacity to execute, Leapfrog Alliance will organise a series of five workshops in November from the 5th to the 17th. These workshops, which will hold at the serene Catholic facility, Lagos Resource Centre, will cover modern operations improvement approaches like Lean, Six Sigma, the Seven Quality Tools, Mistake Proofing and Breakthrough Thinking.
