Raleigh, NC - Second Chance Pet Adoptions, the Triangle’s oldest and leading No-Kill shelter and nonprofit animal rescue organization joins Petfinder.com and The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) in declaring October Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog month.
