Cortado Releases Business Solution for the Nokia E90 Communicator

Instead of downloading the original file, a display-optimized view file is transmitted. It is possible to download the file later, but this is only necessary in 10% of cases. Using this data-minimized preview produces substantial cost savings.

Extensive Fax Functions
Until now, faxing was only possible via GSM connections and resulted in extremely long wait times. Thanks to the Cortado technology, faxing is now also possible with UMTS. In addition to faxing documents, the software also allows you to send simple texts as formatted documents using fax templates. You can also add your own scanned signature to these documents.

The Print-to-Screen function lets you view, save, and present documents on a laptop via Bluetooth. This also requires only a fraction of the data volume of the original file. So even presentations that were forgotten back at the office can be given in a flash.

Print on Bluetooth, Infrared and Network Printers of Any Manufacturer
Printing local documents on any desired printer is as easy as printing attachments without downloading them. And if you’re inside the company, you can also quickly print a document on a network printer. This function can also be used to print confidential documents on central printers, as the printout only begins once the recipient is directly at the printer.

Cortado Content Beamer is thus seamlessly integrated in the respective mail platforms, such as the Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite.
