2008 Presidential Candidates' Internet Marketing Performance: SIPP Index Results

Spartan Internet Consulting has released the Political Performance Index results for the week of September 20th - September 26th, with Barack Obama mantaining his first position with 20.88 percent.The most notable gainers included Dennis Kucinich up 0.78 percent and Fred Thompson up 0.36 percent.The largest decliner this week was Mike Huckabee, down 1.16 percent. The Spartan Internet Political Performance (SIPP) Index is the first quantitative measure of the Internet-wide performance of each presidential candidate for the 2008 election. The index gauges the level of support and how well each candidate is connecting with individuals across the Internet.
The marketing consultant has objectively develop the SIPP Index of 650 quantitative factors across the Internet such as social network outreach, website traffic, blog presence and search engine utilization into a single representative score for each of the 2008 presidetial candidate's overall Internet market share.
