Free healthcheck for non-members

Esporta Sheffield is offering non-members a free healthcheck for the first time ever. Subject to an advanced booking, Esporta Sheffield’s experienced staff will put you through your paces and give you an honest assessment as to whether your current lifestlyle and fitness levels may be putting your long-term health at risk.
Alistair Kennedy, general manager for Esporta Sheffield, said: “There’s never been a better time to review your lifestlyle and general fitness levels. With the British summer this year not exactly conducive to an outdoor lifestyle, it has been harder than ever for many people to stay in shape. With the pounds already piling on and the festive season approaching, you could be putting your health at risk. If you are worried that your weight might start to be a problem and you want a free BMI (body mass indicator) check, or if you just want to see what our facilities are like and try them out, we will give you a free, supervised session at no obligation whatsoever.

There is no obligation to join Esporta Sheffield; if you are interested in the free healthcheck you will have to make a booking on 0114 250 5050, fill in a short health questionnaire and you will then be given a free healthcheck by a trained Esporta professional.
”After that, it’s entirely up to you; there are no catches, there is absolutely no obligation to join the club” added Alistair Kennedy. The offer is open to non-members until the end of October 2007.
