WARE MALCOMB AWARDED DESIGN OF DIMERCO EXPRESS (U.S.A.) CORPORATION PROJECT

El Segundo, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that it has been awarded the design of Dimerco Express (U.S.A) Corporation – Western District Office, a project situated within “The Edge at Campus El Segundo.”

Campus El Segundo, a Thomas Properties development, includes two million square feet of office, retail, entertainment and recreational space. The Dimerco Express build-to-suit project, located at 2177 East Maple Avenue, in El Segundo, California is being developed by Mar Ventures, Inc. of Torrance California.

Dimerco Express (U.S.A) Corporation as a China Logistics Specialist in the U.S., offers a wide array of int’l transportation and logistics services including, Import & Export air and ocean freight forwarding and consolidation services, cargo insurance brokerage, warehousing distribution and logistics management services etc.

Ware Malcomb will provide full interior architectural design services for this new 8,500 square foot, two-story office building. The space will include open/private offices, conference rooms, training room, library, break area, and lounge area.

Ware Malcomb also designed all 17 buildings within The Edge at Campus El Segundo campus. Construction for this project is estimated to begin in October 2007. Lusardi Construction Company of San Marcos, California is the General Contractor for the project.
