InsITe will be offering its customers both Netintelligence’s email filtering service and its ground breaking Ni Enterprise Manager end point software service. Delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, Netintelligence combines critical security features and management tools that enable businesses to enforce user policies regardless of the physical location or connectivity of their endpoints, thus reducing risk, IT overheads and operational management costs. Gavin Garnett, Managing Director of InsITe stated, “We have chosen to add Netintelligence’s key products to our portfolio as they provide a comprehensive range of security features that we can offer to our customers easily and cost effectively.”
“The feature richness of the solutions has enabled us to streamline our security offerings, and reduce the number of single disparate products that we were offering. Additionally, Netintelligence’s remote access controls enable us to expand our managed service offering and provide us with another valuable revenue stream. We now have the option of offering both email filtering and end point control as a solution for the client to administer or we can manage the whole service on their behalf.” Garnett added.
Michael Ruddick, Channel Development Manager at Netintelligence commented, “We are delighted that InsITe has joined our partner programme as it further endorses our channel strategy. We have always believed that Netintelligence’s portfolio suited the managed service provider rather than the traditional IT reseller and InsITe’s operating style fits the bill perfectly. They have already gained several customer wins in the short time that we have worked together.”
“For a partnership to work in the SaaS space, the partner really needs to ‘get it’. They need to understand the differences and the opportunities that SaaS provides over traditional software sales, and with InsITe I have been particularly impressed with both their employee’s knowledge and commitment to their customer base to ensure that the solution matches the business need.”
“Our partnership with InsITe further demonstrates that with an estimated 10 million companies using SaaS worldwide in the next 5-10 years, the SaaS industry will provide business opportunities for hundreds of thousands of partner companies.” Ruddick adds.
“Channel partners in the SaaS industry are fundamentally different from their counterparts in the enterprise software world. With SaaS, there is no inventory or logistics, no repair service and no hardware to install or connect, just the very real opportunity to earn high margin recurring revenues. The main focus for partners in the SaaS world is on improving their customer’s operational processes and adding real value to their businesses. In effect the channel partner becomes the managed service provider and is considered an integral part of their customer’s IT infrastructure. We believe that Netintelligence is extremely well placed to benefit from the rapid growth in the SaaS market.”
