HotPads.com Hires Darrell Pierre as Director of Business Development

WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 2007— HotPads.com, one of the largest real estate portals, announces the appointment of Darrell Pierre as Director of Business Development. Mr. Pierre joins HotPads.com from the National Student Clearinghouse, a non-profit company that maintains a comprehensive database of college and university student records, where he was a Regional Director.

In his role at National Student Clearinghouse, Mr. Pierre was responsible for sales and marketing of technology solutions to high schools, colleges and universities. Prior to the Clearinghouse, Mr. Pierre was a Vice President with Bank of America.
