Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC To Compete In 2007 Parade Of Homes

RALEIGH, N.C. – Rich Van Tassel, president of Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC, a professional builder of fine homes throughout Raleigh, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest, Cary and Chapel Hill, has announced that the company will participate in the 2007 Parade of Homes competition scheduled to run from noon to 5 p.m. on Sept. 29-30, Oct. 5-7 and Oct. 12-14. Royal Oaks Building Group will feature eight homes in this year’s competition located in the following Triangle communities:

• Braxton Village ($180,000-$270,000) in Holly Springs
• Holly Pointe ($300,000-$450,000) in Holly Springs
• Lakestone Village ($280,000-$400,000) in Fuquay-Varina
• Hampton Park ($300,000-$400,000) in Fuquay-Varina
• Southern Oaks ($170,000-$260,000) in Fuquay-Varina

• Peakway Village ($290,000-$350,000) in Apex

Organized annually by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, and celebrating its 42nd year in the Triangle, the Parade of Homes event offers potential home buyers the opportunity to view the latest in floor plans, designs, and technological innovations in houses built by local participating builders. More than 400 builder-submitted homes will be competing in this year’s parade, each ranging in price from $100,000-$4.5 million. The homes will be open to the public, as well as viewed by a panel of 74 judges from different builder-related fields. Winners will be formally announced at the Parade of Homes Banquet on Oct. 9 at the BTI Center’s Meymandi Concert Hall at 2 E. South St. in downtown Raleigh.
