Leah Di Bernardo, Executive Director/Chef
Delyte’s Fine Food Co/ The Castle Wine Country Inn
President, Temecula Valley Whole Foods
Leah did not learn her craft at a culinary academy but from a group of beautiful American/Italian chefs - her Mother, Sisters and Aunts. From a ‘young girls’ perspective, being in the kitchen was a powerfully expressive and beautiful experience. Although she spent 15 years in the film industry, as a freelance producer, creating magical inspired foods is her passion and led her back to food. Leah has a strong desire to bring people together, breaking bread and keeping the conversation of the table alive. This is foremost not only for her five-year-old daughter ‘Gigi’, but also clients and everyone that crosses her path, for that matter! Leah supports local farms and food artisans, and is President of Temecula Valley Slow Food (a non-profit organization that promotes Good, Clean & Fair food for everyone). She is also Owner/Partner in The Castle B&B, a beautiful wine country escape for private Events & Overnight excursions. Her reputation has earned her Sterling Business of the Year 2006 with the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce.
