Atlanta, GA, September 7, 2007 – VERCOR, a leading middle market investment bank, announces a new partnership with Cleveland-based AMERGE Corporation and Keystone Partners, LLC based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The move brings the total number of VERCOR offices to 13 worldwide.

Ron Lasko and Ted Gardiner will lead the Cleveland office as Managing Directors. Lasko has been involved in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions business, as managing partner of a successful law practice, Lasko & Associates Co., L.P.A., and in consulting for a variety of completed M&A transactions. Gardiner boasts over 25 years of mergers and acquisitions experience. He is a former attorney with Jones Day and the U.S. Department of Justice and directed the acquisition initiative of a fortune 500 chemical company. “We are confident that our collective efforts will enhance our services to the benefit of our clients,” states Lasko.

John Meyering leads the efforts in the Grand Rapids office. After growing his family’s privately owned truck rental and leasing company into the nation’s largest independently owned truck-leasing company, Meyering was deeply involved in its sale to a Fortune 500 company. He has since completed over 40 business transactions in a variety of industries. “I am excited about my partnership with VERCOR.
