Xyleme Appoints Stuart Grossman as Vice President of Client Services

Xyleme® Inc., the leading provider of 100% XML, SCORM 2004 certified learning content management systems, today announced that Stuart Grossman has been named Vice President of Client Services. In his new role, Mr. Grossman will be responsible for all pre- and post-sales support as well as the further development of Xyleme’s partner support program. “We are delighted that Stuart has joined Xyleme’s team during this period of significant growth,” commented Mark Hellinger, President & CEO of Xyleme. “Stuart’s strong experience in instructional designer, customer relations and project management will be a huge boost for our client and prospect base, ensuring their success with critical training projects.”
Stuart comes to Xyleme from Amgen, where he was responsible for the design, development and project management of training curricula for the manufacturing and quality organizations. Prior to this, he was program manager of the San Diego Sandbox at San Diego State University, working with clients inside and outside the university on innovative instructional design and performance support projects. Stuart started his career at IVID Communications, where he was lead instructional designer and a multi-media developer.

Stuart has a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University and is an active member in the American Society for Training and Development, and International Society for Performance Improvement.
