BOA TECHNOLOGY, INC. ANNOUNCES MARTY CARRIGAN AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING

Steamboat Springs, CO – Boa Technology, Inc., developer of precision closure systems, the Boa Lacing System and manufacturer of Boa lace reels, laces and lace guides is pleased to announce the appointment of Marty Carrigan, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role at Boa Technology Inc., Carrigan will be responsible for global sales and marketing efforts and driving Boa’s vision to be the worlds leader in precision closure systems for premium brands in the sporting goods industry. The Boa Lacing System foundation was built in the snowboard boot market with a commanding 25% market share world-wide. With expansion into hockey, wake board, cycling and trail running, the Boa Lacing System is growing traction in multiple sporting goods categories.

Prior to Boa Technology, Inc., Carrigan was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Palmer Snowboards. Carrigan has extensive experience in the snow sports industry including work with companies such as Morrow Snowboards, Hart Skis and Reusch Gloves. He also serves on the board of directors for Snowsports Industries America and was a consultant to CBS for two Winter Olympic Games. His ability to grow a brands presence in the market place has been proven time and again with consistent sell through, including Palmer earning a top six presence of snowboard brand share among US specialty snowboard retailers.
