TUSTIN, CA – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its Leasing / Sales Division was awarded seven new retail leasing assignments in Southern California totaling more than 864,000 square feet during the first quarter of 2005 including Arcadia Hub in Arcadia, Santa Fe Springs Plaza in Whittier, South Hills Plaza in West Covina, Brookfield Promenade in Huntington Beach, Van Buren Plaza in Riverside, Diamond Bar Village in Diamond Bar, and Firestone Plaza in Norwalk. Santa Fe Springs Plaza is a 140,000-square-foot shopping center located at 13401-13543 Telegraph Road in Whittier and is anchored by Ralphs and AutoZone.
South Hills Plaza is a 121,440-square-foot shopping center located at 1410-1430 S. Azusa Avenue in West Covina and includes tenants Marukai Market and Taco Bell.
Brookfield Promenade is a 100,000-square-foot shopping center located at 19006-19122 Brookhurst Street in Huntington Beach and is anchored by 99¢ Only and Pep Boys.
Van Buren Plaza is a 93,956-square-foot shopping center located at 5600-5750 Van Buren Boulevard in Riverside, and is undergoing a significant renovation and retenanting effort.
Diamond Bar Village is a 59,746-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of Diamond Bar Boulevard and Golden Springs Drive in Diamond Bar, which includes the East West Bank.
Firestone Plaza is a 24,000-square-foot shopping center located at 12001-12037 Firestone Boulevard in Norwalk and includes Citibank.
