New Horizon International Consulting, LLC of Phoenix, AZ and K.K. Consulting, Inc. of New Delhi, India have finalized a merger.

New Horizon now has the ability to help U.S. companies seamlessly work with staff in both countries in order to complete cross-country mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, distributorships and franchises.
