Ware Malcomb is providing master planning and architectural design services for these five speculative dock high industrial warehouse buildings totaling approximately 156,068 square feet. The buildings range in size from 22,800 square feet to 35,600 square feet on 10.84 acres.

They are for sale and lease and are designed to accommodate warehouse distribution and light manufacturing uses. Construction began in July, 2007 and is estimated to be completed by April of 2008. The Hamann Companies of El Cajon, California is the General Contractor of the Britannia Industrial Park.
