Café Nova launches weddings service

Italian restaurant Café Nova on Surrey Street in Sheffield is making its facilities available for wedding receptions. The fantastic city centre location is likely to appeal especially to those who tie the knot at Sheffield Town Hall, just across the road from Café Nova.

Daniela Massarella, marketing manager for Café Nova and the Massarella Catering Group, said: “It’s the most important day of your life and we understand organising a wedding can be very stressful and overwhelming. Café Nova will ensure that everything runs smoothly for you and our prices start at as little as £5.50 per head for a reception, so it won’t break the bank.

”Café Nova provides all the essential ingredients for a successful wedding reception. Whether you are planning a reception for an intimate celebration, or a reception for up to 90 people, we can provide the perfect venue to fit in with your budget.”

From the moment you enquire about our wedding service, Café Nova’s manager will oversee every detail from beginning to end, to ensure that your special day is truly memorable.
“We are also able to assist in recommending photographers, wedding dress designers, music, entertainment and florists; everything you need to make your wedding day special,” added Daniela Massarella.

Café Nova is licensed until 12.00am. If you would like to continue your function beyond this time, a late license can be applied for in advance at an additional cost. Particular emphasis is given to the enjoyment of traditional Italian food - with the declared policy of using, whenever possible, the freshest local ingredients.

Café Nova’s function room with its own private bar can cater for a maximum of 30 people.
For exclusive use of the Café Nova Restaurant, a maximum of 68 guests can be catered for. However should you wish to use the main Restaurant and Function room together, these can be booked in advance as one package and the maximum number is then 90 people.
