Promotional Products Distributor Motivators, Inc. Announces Collaboration with the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund

Westbury, NY. August 29, 2007. Motivators, Inc., a leading online provider of promotional products, announced today its collaboration with the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. Beginning today, whenever an order is placed for an item featured in the Breast Cancer Awareness Section, 10% of the proceeds from this order will be donated to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund, a Long Island-based breast cancer charity. This ongoing fundraiser will continue beyond October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Carol M. Baldwin might be best known as the mother of Hollywood’s Baldwin brothers. A diagnosis of breast cancer in 1990, however, nearly took her life. After undergoing a double mastectomy, she focused her attention on others affected by breast cancer. Thusly, the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund was founded in 1996. The main goal of the Fund is to provide researchers with the resources that they need to help fight and, eventually, cure this illness.

Having known several people affected by breast cancer, Ken Laffer, President and CEO of Motivators, Inc., decided that it was time to give something back. “Knowing that our clients are purchasing breast cancer awareness items because they want to spread the message about awareness and prevention, we felt inclined to do our part to help find a cure,” he said. “We’re proud to be aligned with a charity that does such important work right here on Long Island.”
