RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Trademark Properties, has announced that Mary Jane Bartlett has joined the firm’s Commercial Brokerage Division. Bartlett will focus her responsibilities on tenant and landlord representation services, as well as helping TradeMark clients identify lease and purchase opportunities for retail, office and flex space properties throughout the Triangle.

Bartlett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering for the University of Delaware and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. She is affiliated with a number of industry-based organizations including the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Harnett Area Board of Realtors. Originally from New Jersey, Bartlett resides in Lillington, N.C. with her husband, John, and children, Jacob and Emma.
