Huong Giang Hotel Sees Bookings Increase with GenaRes

HCMC, 27 August 2007 – Huong Giang Hotel, a 4* hotel located in the historic Vietnamese city of Hue, has seen a significant increase in bookings since signing up with GenaRes, Vietnam’s number one hotel GDS solution provider.

The hotel, located on the city’s tranquil Perfume River, first implemented the solution in March 2006 as they needed to manage their room sales more effectively. Mr Ngoc Thai Duong, the hotel’s Sales Manager, told us: “We chose GenaRes because their partner, TRG International, is based in Vietnam and so they can offer quick local support.
