WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR EQUINOX FITNESS CLUB

Woodland Hills, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that design has been completed and construction has begun for the Equinox Fitness Club project located at 21530 Oxnard Street in Woodland Hills, California. This project is being developed by Equinox Fitness Club of New York, New York.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural and interior design services for the renovation and conversion of an existing single-story office building totaling 14,105 SF to a two-story fitness club building totaling 28,695 SF. The interior design will consist of a full gym, the shop at Equinox, full-service spa, treatment rooms, lounge area, yoga and pilates studios. Construction for this project is estimated to be completed by the end of 2007.

Terra Nova Industries, Inc. of Walnut Creek, California will serve as the general contractor for the project.
