Because TSD LOANER is an ASP solution, customers currently using the software received the upgrade directly to their current system without interruption to their service.

Increased security measures allow TSD LOANER users to add a requirement to their System Control Table for keeping credit card information secure. A checkbox on this table makes it possible to remove all credit card numbers permanently from an agreement once the vehicle has been returned. This also removes references to the credit card type and expiration date.

The Loaner Agreement Query option creates customizable reports by letting the user select the exact columns they would like to show, with a choice of many popular report columns and flexible criteria choices. Results will always include the Agreement number and can be exported to a common-separated file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. This feature allows users to customize reports to provide information on the data most important to their loaner department and dealership.

The ability to extend multiple loaner agreements at one time is a new feature with version 4.2.0. Users can efficiently change the return date by selecting the agreement and adding a reason to each all from one screen. This one-screen update saves time while keeping a careful record of loaner extensions.
