ARIZONA OFFICE TECHNOLOGIES BECOMES WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF XEROX

Phoenix, Ariz.—(August 17, 2007)— Arizona Office Technologies, a document imaging provider, announced today that it now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) and has added Xerox document technology and services to its offerings for customers in Phoenix, Arizona. This follows Xerox’s $1.5 billion acquisition of Global Imaging Systems, Inc., Arizona Office Technologies’ parent company

Arizona Office Technologies retains its name and locally focused independent approach to sales, service and customer support. In addition to current offerings, Arizona Office Technologies is ramping up to provide a broad range of Xerox systems and supplies. These offerings include Xerox’s launch this year of 16 competitively priced products designed for offices of any size, such as new WorkCentre® multifunction devices that print, copy, fax and scan, as well as Phaser® solid ink color printers and multifunction devices.
