WiFiMed Holdings Co. Completes Acquisition of JMJ Technologies, Inc.

ATLANTA, Georgia - August 17, 2007 — WiFiMed Holdings Co (WIFM.OB) today announced the completion of its acquisition of JMJ Technologies, Inc. The transaction was finalized on Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, by a vote of the JMJ shareholders. As a result of the acquisition, WiFiMed Holdings Co will acquire 100 percent of the stock, assets and operations of JMJ Technologies, Inc. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.The combination of WiFiMed and JMJ creates the opportunity for uniquely innovative technology solutions for the healthcare industry as it pertains to how physicians, healthcare personnel, and patients engage with digital information, especially as it relates to workflow management, across multiple operating systems, devices and media.
