Esquire Litigation Solutions Acquires Document Services Division of The Marker Group

Houston, TX – August 16, 2007 – Esquire Litigation Solutions, a national provider of litigation support services, announced its acquisition of certain assets of the document services division of The Marker Group, a Houston-based provider of quality litigation support to prominent law firms and major oil and utility companies. These document services include reprographics and scanning services. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

This purchase marks the second significant acquisition by Esquire Litigation Solutions in the past year. In July 2006, the company acquired D-M Information Systems of Davis, California, as it further accelerated its growth in e-discovery and litigation document management. Additionally, the company recently announced it had upgraded its offices in several major markets, including New York and Chicago.
