S.A.Y. Security Group USA LLC & Hospitality WiFi LLC Formal Partnership Agreement

Ada, Ohio - SAY Security Group USA LLC is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal partnership agreement with Hospitality WiFi LLC. This agreement will give SAY Security’s dealer and distributor base immediate access to the knowledge and experience of Hospitality WiFi’s wireless technology resources. Both companies will be located in the same manufacturing and engineering complex to allow for better communication and response to their customers.

The CCTV and Security Markets are shifting toward IP and wireless technologies. This is evident by the growing need for IP cameras and remote viewing capability. In 2005, SAY Security released a full line of IP Cameras and Network Video Management Software.

The SAY Security Solution, which consists of individual or clusters of cameras, can be installed in buildings, on light poles, water towers, schools, as well as known high-risk areas. Mobile Cameras can also be brought in for special events or sudden problem areas. The wireless network will connect the cameras back to the SAY Network Video Recorder, and the images will be transmitted using a securely encrypted algorithm.

This new partnership also gives SAY Security’s Dealers a turn-key offering in the City-Wide market. By leveraging Hospitality WiFi’s engineering and expertise, SAY will provide Integrators with a complete product solution of Wireless Equipment, IP Cameras, Enterprise Network Video Management Software, and even High Speed Internet Service. High Speed Internet will give both the City and the Integrator the benefit of an ongoing revenue stream. Onsite training and a 24x7 Support Center will be provided by Hospitality WiFi.

Finally, the SAY Security’s Mobile Digital Video Recording products are now accessible via Remote Wireless Technology. The Mobile DVR is currently being installed in Law Enforcement Vehicles, Emergency Vehicles, School Buses, Transit Buses, and even Aircraft. This Mobile solution in conjunction with wireless technology will allow live, off-location viewing of any of these Mobile DVR units. Law enforcement personnel will be able to utilize the network for in-car communications.
