The new software is operated by the buyer himself, who is provided with a username and password in order to login directly to the QBSNet website. Once they are logged-in, buyers can review each of the business listings identified on their behalf under New Listings. These Listings are compiled on behalf of each buyer that the company represents. With the help of this new software, the management and reviewing of the business listings can be directly handled by the buyer himself.

Throwing more light on the flow of the software, Mr. Jeffrey Sherman added, “We have focused on simplicity, ease of usage and efficiency of managing listings while making this software program. The procedure involved in using the software is very simple and can easily be processed by anyone. The buyer when inclined to a listing can simply click on the button saying 'interested’ associated with that particular listing. This will immediately notify the software, which would in turn change the status for that listing and transfer it from the buyer's 'New Listings' box into the buyer's 'Active Listing' box. Not only that, a buyer can also remove a particular listing in which he is not interested by clicking on the button 'not interested' and thereby aiding the transfer of that listing from 'New Listing' box into 'Inactive Listing' box.”

When a listing is put into 'Inactive Listing' box, the software starts conducting a new search for the buyer as per the additional information provided by the buyer when he modifies his criteria from time to time. An inactivated listing is replaced by a new Business Listing in the 'New Listing' box and the buyer is alerted by email regarding the new addition to his 'New Listing' box. Once a listing is converted to ‘Active” by the buyer, Quantum Business Solutions Network is notified and our Business Consultants immediately begin working that listing on behalf of the buyer by obtaining information and analyzing same to ensure that all of the business attributes match the buyer’s purchase criteria.
