Specialist to Lead Flowcrete's Customer Experience

Flowcrete has recruited an influential figure in the flooring industry to lead its communications strategy and management function. Peter Drew joins the global flooring manufacturer as Director of Marketing and Customer Services. He joins Flowcrete from Altro.

Based at the company’s Cheshire headquarters, he will be spearheading a policy to engage with customers - including contractors and specifiers - and enhance their customer experience with the company.

Peter’s strategic approach will also set a blueprint for the company’s global operations, influencing Flowcrete’s 26 offices based around the world.
