ACCLAIMED NORTH CAROLINA PHOTOGRAPHER ANNOUNCES CINEMATIC PARTNERSHIP

RALEIGH NC- AUGUST 2007, NEIL BOYD PHOTOGRAPHY announced this month it would begin offering cinematic videography to its packages for FALL 2007. Designed to further promote his fusion and edgy photojournalistic style, Neil Boyd announced this month his studio would be partnering with Octaveblue Entertainment to now offer movie style videos to the studio’s modern bridal clientele.

The trend began on the West Coast a few years ago and has been reserved for the more discerning bride where budgets weren’t an issue, however with the advancement of today’s equipment and growing affordability, more and more couples are able to include this in their budget.

“For the modern bride, growing up in the advanced media generation, offering anything less than cinematic videography is allowing the market to leave you behind.” Explains Neil on why he chose to venture into the much publicized trend of cinema, “Top magazines and news shows began reporting on this last year and it’s amazing locally no one has invested in this, to me it’s a must to continue our stake as one of the most sought out studios in the state- we owe it to our clients.”

Already booking this product with 2 out of 3 couples since launching end of July only further shows Neil and Robert this was a missing key in the North Carolina market.

Robert King, owner of Octaveblue, agrees, “Our vision and style compliment each other well, this is just as important as brides needing to have chemistry with the people they choose to document their day. What we are effectively doing is what producers do daily on the set of movies, and music videos, we are piecing together an event, telling a story…their story.”
