iCMG BPM Conference to feature Global Guru Mark McGregor

Bangalore (Aug 7, 2007): India’s first exclusive Business Process Management (BPM) conference organised by iCMG will feature Mr. Mark McGregor who is an internationally acclaimed BPM Guru, book author & coach who has wowed audiences all over the world with his unique approach to blending business, process and people skills.

The objective of this series of one-day events in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi & Hyderabad is designed to help bring world-class business practices to India. During the events Mr. Mark McGregor will share knowledge and insight to help organizations to learn how to improve business by improving business process. The seminar will include a step-by-step program to learn about mapping and modelling for the 21st century. This one day program will also address how BPM relates to Enterprise Architecture, BPM & SOA enablement, Process Modeling & 8 Omega Framework.

Mark is also one of the four co-developers of the 8 Omega Framework for Business Process which is an approach to BPM that enables organizations large and small to embrace BPM in a structured and inclusive way. The framework blends the four key perspectives of Strategy, People, Process and Systems to provide the cohesive structure required for any serious process improvement initiatives. In the past two years alone, he has presented to over 5,000 people in more than 20 countries.

He has also made contributions to many of the leading books on BPM, including authoring “Winning with Enterprise Process Management”, co-authoring “Thrive! How to Succeed in the Age of the Customer” and “In Search of BPM Excellence, as well as contributing to Peter Fingar's “Extreme Competition” & "The Real Time Enterprise" and Paul Harmon's "Business Process Management: A Managers Guide".
