WARE MALCOMB RELOCATES IN WEST SACRAMENTO

The firm’s Sacramento office is proud to announce that we are relocating from our current location at 1450 Halyard Drive, Suite 11A, West Sacramento, California to 2945 Ramco Street, Suite 225, West Sacramento, California.

Due to the growth of our West Sacramento office, the new space will accommodate our expanding team. Director, Interior Architecture & Design, Tiffany English shares, “Ware Malcomb’s Sacramento office has grown in unison with our expansion and presence in the local market. Our new Sacramento location will highlight our teaming atmosphere with an open office plan and modern furniture and finishes. We have created an environment that will allow our clients to visualize the possibilities of design.”

Ware Malcomb provided full service interior architecture and design for our new 2,746 square foot office space, which is located in an existing two-story office building, owned and managed by Jackson Properties, Inc.

The new space includes a reception area, conference room, open offices, break room, as well as workspace and library areas. Ware Malcomb’s Graphic Design Studio designed the branded graphics for the new space.

Ware Malcomb West Sacramento will be making the move into our new office on Friday, August 10, 2007 with our doors officially opening on Monday, August 13, 2007. Jackson Construction of Sacramento, California, is the General Contractor for the project.
