Robert Vicci Joins The Hampshire Companies as Investment Manager

Morristown, N.J. (August 5, 2007) — The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has announced the appointment of Robert Vicci, RPA as Investment Manager.

At Hampshire, Mr. Vicci will provide oversight of asset valuation and growth for The Hampshire Partners Fund VI portfolio, Hampshire’s $235 million institutional real estate investment fund, including the supervision of the Fund’s key performance indicators. He will also be responsible for assessing options, opportunities, and implementing and/or adapting policies and processes to maximize return on assets.

Prior to joining The Hampshire Companies, Mr. Vicci was a construction project manager for SL Green in New York City where he was responsible for overseeing and managing over four million square feet of real estate in Midtown Manhattan. Mr. Vicci is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the New Jersey Army National Guard where he recently served in Tikrit, Iraq as the Division’s Aviation Officer, and was responsible for all aviation and aircraft missions within the Division’s Area of Operations. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point.
