RALEIGH, N.C. – Susan Holbrook, senior vice president and sales manager for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Falls of Neuse Road office, has announced that Nick Sargent, Tim McBrayer, Monica Boyd, Mary W. Massey, Maria Rubio and Shawn W. Densmore have joined the firm’s Raleigh real estate division as sales agents. Sargent has previous banking experience as a loan officer at First Citizens Bank in Raleigh and in marketing and business development at the First Commercial Bank of Tampa Bay, Fla. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. McBrayer brings previous advertising, sales and management experience to the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he completed his undergraduate in journalism and his masters of business administration. Boyd was previously involved in North Carolina community education and is involved with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, March of Dimes and Habitat for Humanity. She has a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and a masters degree in Education. Massey previously worked as a teacher for Wake County Public Schools and is involved with the March of Dimes and Wake County Mentor Program. She has a bachelor or arts degree in Sociology and Childhood Education from Meredith College in Raleigh, N.C. Rubio has several years experience in customer service, marketing and sales. She attended Florida International University and earned her bachelor of arts in Business Administration. Densmore has previous experience in landscaping and sales prior to joining Coldwell Banker.
