TRG International Opens New Office in Hanoi

Hanoi, 1st August 2007 - TRG International, one of Vietnam’s leading providers of IT business solutions and services, has moved from the The Press Club at 59 Ly Thai To, to the fourth floor of the brand new purpose-built Times Building at 84 Trieu Viet Vuong, Hanoi.

The move from The Press Club to a larger office is yet another indication of TRG’s commitment to its clients in Hanoi. The new office includes a dedicated training room allowing clients to receive offsite training.

Mr Rick Yvanovich, CEO of TRG International explained: “We felt it necessary to have larger premises to provide a better level of service to our clients and to allow for rapid growth and development in Hanoi. TRG has been established in Vietnam for over twelve years, and our Hanoi customer base has grown extensively during that time.

“We wanted to show our continued commitment to our local customers based in Hanoi, and to allow for an aggressive expansion programme in the region.”

The new TRG offices will be occupied by TRG Consultants, Customer Service and Technical staff from Hanoi and other TRG operations. The amount of staff will vary from project to project, making flexibility the key.

So that the offices can cope with transient people as well as permanent staff, TRG has deployed the very latest in wireless technology, CRM, and web based e-mail and HR allowing for a truly flexible and dynamic work space.

“We have been listening to our clients and they often admit that they don’t have dedicated space for training, making in house training difficult at best!” said Mr Lorien Hamilton, TRG’s Hanoi-based Operations Director. “By providing a training room we can ensure that clients can receive the best training in a professional environment away from the office. Being away from the office is important because trainees can study without being interrupted, which helps them learn more quickly.”
