DesignPresentation Associates obtained ISO 9001:2000 certifications

DesignPresentation Associates, Inc. announced that it has joined the select group of companies in the document creation industry that have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification.

DesignPresentation is a leading provider of raster to vector conversion services (AutoCAD, CAD drafting, Microstation/GIS mapping, logo designing, graphic design) CAD services, drafting services and desktop publishing services (word processing, typing, data entry, database). DesignPresentation was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification from KPMG, a quality registrar.

ISO 9001:2000, released in December 2000, is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 9001:2000 is process-based and enables organizations to link business objectives directly with business effectiveness.

As part of the certification process, KPMG conducted on-site assessments and evaluated DesignPresentation's systems and procedures. To confirm continued compliance with ISO 9001:2000, KPMG will periodically conduct surveillance audits of DesignPresentation's service operations.
